If you’re not completely satisfied with your The Master Tanners purchase, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receiving it.
- The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Please note that personalized items cannot be returned.
Note: We don't give full refunds on custom garments.
1-YEAR WARRANTY POLICY
A one-year warranty and an instant replacement guarantee back every The Master Tanners product.
How to File a Warranty Claim:
- Simply send us an email providing your order number and including photos that clearly show the fault or issue.
- We will promptly send you a replacement within one business day. It’s that easy!
What’s Covered:
- The warranty covers tears in the external leather structure, straps, grab handles, or internal lining.
- It also includes hardware issues such as faulty zips, pullers, buckles, or press studs.
What’s Not Covered:
- The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, overloading, or accidental damage (including water damage—although The Master Tanners products can withstand moisture, please avoid submerging them in the water!).
- Additionally, the natural aging process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches, and burnishing, is not covered by the warranty.
