- The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

- Simply send us an email providing your order number and including photos that clearly show the fault or issue.
- We will promptly send you a replacement within one business day. It’s that easy!
What’s Covered:
- The warranty covers tears in the external leather structure, straps, grab handles, or internal lining.
- It also includes hardware issues such as faulty zips, pullers, buckles, or press studs.
What’s Not Covered:
- The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, overloading, or accidental damage (including water damage—although The Master Tanners products can withstand moisture, please avoid submerging them in the water!).
- Additionally, the natural aging process of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches, and burnishing, is not covered by the warranty.

I was very excited about this purchase until I got notice from UPS that I would have to pay a tariff on it out of my own pocket to receive what I had already paid for. This company did not disclose that I would have to pay these additional fees.
It’s a shame because the product is decent but I would never order anything for this company again.
They refused to cover the additional tariff or take it out of the price. Which again they did not disclose at the sale.
A wonderful way to make an item your own; the custom work exceeded my expectations.
The process was simple, and I received my personalized item quickly—very satisfied.
The personalized engraving was done perfectly, and I’m really happy with the result.
