30-Day Warranty

All Master Tanners products include a 30-day warranty covering manufacturing faults that affect the product’s structure or functionality.

What We Cover

• Broken straps or grab handles

• Tears in the external leather caused by normal use

• Hardware defects, including faulty zips, buckles, or press studs

What We Do Not Cover

• General wear and tear or accidental damage

• Damage caused by water exposure or failure to follow care instructions

• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

• Natural ageing of leather or materials, including patina, scratches, and burnishing

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Email clear photos showing the issue

• Include your order details, vendor name, and date of purchase

• Our team will respond within 24 hours

Returns Policy

• Personalized items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

• If a personalized item is found to be faulty, it will be replaced at no additional cost
