FREE RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your The Master Tanners purchase, you may return it free of charge within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

• Items must be unused.

• Items must be in original packaging.

• You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

• Custom garments are not eligible for full refunds.

30-DAY WARRANTY POLICY

Every The Master Tanners product is covered by a 30-day warranty with a replacement guarantee.

How to File a Warranty Claim

• Email us your order number.

• Attach clear photos showing the issue.

• Once approved, we will ship a replacement within one business day.

What’s Covered

• Tears in external leather.

• Damage to straps, grab handles, or internal lining.

• Hardware defects, including:

• Zippers

• Pullers

• Buckles

• Press studs

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by overloading or misuse.

• Accidental damage, including water damage
  (Products can handle moisture, but must not be submerged.

• Natural aging of materials, including patina, scratches, and burnishing.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges.
