The Master Tanners ships every order free of charge with a fully tracked and insured courier, mainly FedEx and DHL.

Delivery Time

With our duty-paid service, orders are delivered in 10–12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Duties and Taxes

We offer duty-paid shipping: import duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. All non-personalised orders come with a 1-year warranty and our 30-day return policy. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

Delays

Occasionally, customs clearance or courier delays can add a few days to delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days, please contact us at themastertanners@gmail.com with your order number and we'll check it with the courier.
