- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email themastertanners@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Personalised and custom-made items can't be returned unless faulty. Custom garments aren't eligible for a full refund.

- Change of mind (including exchanges for another size, colour or style): the customer pays return shipping and, for exchanges, the cost of sending the replacement.

- Covered: tears in the leather, straps, handles or lining, and faulty zips, buckles or press studs.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse or overloading, accidental or water damage, and natural ageing such as patina and scratches.

This product is made from genuine leather, a natural material that softens and develops a patina with use. Follow these steps to keep it in top condition.
Everyday care
- Wipe off dust and dirt with a soft, dry cloth after use.
- For marks, use a slightly damp cloth, then let the leather dry naturally.
- Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, alcohol and household detergents.
Conditioning
- Apply a quality leather conditioner every 3–6 months, or more often in hot, dry climates.
- Test any product on a hidden area first, as some conditioners darken leather slightly.
If it gets wet
- Blot off excess water and let it dry at room temperature, away from heaters and direct sunlight. Never use a hair dryer on wet leather. Condition once fully dry.
Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place in a breathable cotton bag, not plastic.
