- Personalised and custom-made items can't be returned unless faulty. Custom garments aren't eligible for a full refund.

- Covered: tears in the leather, straps, handles or lining, and faulty zips, buckles or press studs.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse or overloading, accidental or water damage, and natural ageing such as patina and scratches.

Most of this product is made from waxed canvas with genuine leather trim. A little care keeps it looking good and weather-resistant for years.
Everyday care
- Brush off dry mud and dust with a soft brush after use.
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and cold water. Don't machine wash or use detergent, as it strips the wax.
- If it gets wet, let it air-dry naturally, away from radiators, fires and direct sun.
Re-waxing
- Re-wax the canvas once a season, or when water stops beading on the surface, using a fabric wax bar warmed gently with a hair dryer.
Leather trim
- Wipe the leather parts with a dry cloth and apply a little leather conditioner two to three times a year.

Is this case suitable for flying?
Most airlines require firearms to travel in a locked, hard-sided case. A soft case is ideal for carrying in the field and between vehicle and stand, but check your airline's rules before you fly.

Use it for transport rather than long-term storage. Padding can hold moisture against the metal, so always remove, wipe down and store your firearm in a secure cabinet after use.
Will the case protect my gun from scratches and knocks?
Yes. The padded lining cushions the stock, barrel and finish against everyday knocks and scrapes when carrying the gun to and from the field.
Does the case fit a rifle with a scope?

Is the case waterproof?
Leather and waxed canvas shed light rain and snow, but the case isn't fully waterproof. If it gets soaked, let it dry naturally and condition the leather afterwards.

The combination of leather and canvas gives this case a beautiful traditional appearance. It feels much more thoughtfully made than ordinary cases.
The wool lining is a really nice detail. It gives the inside a soft, carefully finished appearance that you don't normally see in basic cases.
